Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that at the
Ninth (9th) Annual General Meeting ("AGM")of the Company held on 24 June
2010, the shareholders of the Company have approved the appointment of
Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng as Auditors of the Company for the
financial year ending 31 December 2010 in place of Messrs Khairuddin
Hasyudeen & Razi, the retiring Auditors, and that their remuneration
to be fixed by the Directors.
