The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company’s Sponsorship Agreement with Public Investment Bank Berhad (“PIVB”) had expired on 31 December 2009 and accordingly PIVB shall cease to be the Company’s Sponsor with effect from 1 January 2010.
The Company was admitted to the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 6 October 2006 and has fulfilled the requirement under Rule 3.21 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities which requires a company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities to secure and maintain the services of a Sponsor for at least three (3) full financial years after its admission to the Official List. The Company no longer requires a Sponsor after its financial year ended 31 December 2009.
