Job Responsibility

  • Lead the HR & Admin team to provide efficient HR & Administrative services to staff in the organization. These include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, manpower and staffing strategies, recruitment and retention, payroll, compensation and benefit, communication, employee relations, change management etc.

  • Responsible for providing functional leadership, developing organizational strategy, building and driving employee services as well as managing day to day HR operations including office administration and general affairs.

  • Collaborate with Heads of Divisions and Heads of Departments to conduct job descriptions development and evaluation as well as to recommend job grades and salary rates for new and promotional positions.

  • Formulates, reviews and implements compensation policies to attract, motivate and retain talent.

  • Researches local employment market for the purposes of benchmarking compensation, benefits, recruitment etc.
 
 
 
 
Requirements
 
 
-
  • Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-
  • At least with 5-6 years’ HR experience with 3 years in senior executive role specialize in Human Resources with progressively increasing responsibility, preferably with a multinational in IT environment.

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.

  • Familiar on labor law and / or government statutory bodies rules and regulations, and prevailing Human Resource practices.

  • Applicants should be Bumiputra (Malaysian citizens) aged between 30 to 36 years.

  • Good leadership qualities, dynamic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Required skill(s): AtCom Payroll Plus / UBS Payroll system.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite.

  • Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
