The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Eighth Annual General Meeting.

A Circular to Shareholders containing information on the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
