The Board of Directors of SCAN wishes to announce the appointment of Nurul Huda Binti Zaharol Natrar as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 24 June 2009.

Following the aforesaid appointment, Nurul Huda Binti Zaharol Natrar shall be deemed as a Principal Officer of the Company as defined under Rule 14.02 (f) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the MESDAQ Market with immediate effect.
